With more than twenty years experience leading fundraising and stewardship programs, Shannon is instrumental in the implementation of the Foundation’s new strategic plan. She is leading a team of two staff and working with a Board of twelve to make a difference in communities where Ontario REALTORS® live and work.

Shannon joins the ORCF from the Canadian Spondylitis Association where, as Interim Executive Director, she served as a consultant to the Board of Directors during the transformation of the association from a not-for-profit to a registered charity. 

Prior to that, Shannon was part of the Executive team at Cystic Fibrosis Canada in the role of Chief Community Engagement Officer providing regional leadership and growth strategies for fund development.

 

Stacey Rodas, Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications

With a decade and a half of combined experience in non-profit, for-profit, agency, and government settings, Stacey brings her extensive PR, communications, marketing, social media, digital engagement, and fundraising skills to this role.

Stacey joins the ORCF from the Canadian Women's Foundation, where she was Manager of PR and Online Engagement for six years.

She is an award-winning strategic communicator (IABC, CPRS) and is currently working toward becoming a fully-bilingual communicator.

With more than 8 years of experience in for-profit settings, Lavina brings her multitasking skills with proven organisational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of standard practices in this role.

Lavina joins ORCF from the Data Expert, New Delhi (India) where she was an administrative assistant for five years.

Prior to that, Lavina was an Administrative Coordinator/Finance Assistant in London School of English, Gujarat India.
