REALTORS® CARE FOOD DRIVE IS A SUCCESS

Woodstock, Ont. – On May 2nd, the Woodstock-Ingersoll & District Real Estate Board hosted their 8th Annual REALTORS® Care Food Drive in Woodstock, Ingersoll and Sweaburg for their respective Salvation Army food banks.

There was a total of 115 volunteers plus their families for both events of which 80 were local REALTORS® covering approximately 90 per cent of routes in both towns. “I am very proud of our members and the support they give to this amazing event, which continues to be a great success every year. We want our communities to know that your local REALTORS® are not just real estate representatives, but friends and neighbours who care about our communities,” commented WIDREB President, William Cattle. “I would also like to take the time to personally thank our REALTORS® Care Committee for all their hard work and dedication that they put towards creating such a successful and well received event every year.”

REALTOR® Trades Show Supports Local Shelter Organizations

The Southern Georgian Bay Association of REALTORS® recently hosted a REALTOR® Technology & Trades Show at the Blue Mountain Village Conference Centre.  In addition to top real estate performers and industry experts presenting their insights and expertise on a variety of technology related topics, the show was sold out with 66 exhibitors showcasing their products and services to an estimated 250 REALTORS®.

REALTORS® 4 Kids Charity Auction raises $65,950

(December 17, 2015 - Hamilton) Members, sponsors and friends of the REALTORS® Association of  Hamilton-Burlington (RAHB) showed their generosity and community spirit by raising $65,950 for the 00CHML/Y108/953 Fresh FM Children’s Fund.

The funds were raised at the recent RAHB REALTORS® 4 Kids Charity Auction, held annually to support The Children’s Fund.

“This auction shows the great things that happen when REALTORS® and the community come together,” said Marlene Vieira Leslie, Chair of this year’s Charity Auction Task Force. “The support we received was amazing.”
