Shannon Ketelaars, Executive Director
With more than twenty years experience leading fundraising and stewardship programs, Shannon is instrumental in the implementation of the Ontario REALTORS Care® Foundation (ORCF)’s new strategic plan. She is leading a team of three staff and working with a Board of twelve to make a difference in communities where Ontario REALTORS® live and work.
Shannon joins the ORCF from the Canadian Spondylitis Association where, as Interim Executive Director, she served as a consultant to the Board of Directors during the transformation of the association from a not-for-profit to a registered charity.
Prior to that, Shannon was part of the Executive team at Cystic Fibrosis Canada in the role of Chief Community Engagement Officer providing regional leadership and growth strategies for fund development.

Jessica Wong, Sr. Manager, Marketing & Communications
Jessica is a results-driven marketing professional with nearly 10 years of experience in conceptualizing, planning and executing innovative events, conferences and partnerships. She has a background in digital marketing communications with extensive experience in experiential and event marketing. Jessica joins ORCF from the Ontario Real Estate Association where she spent 7 years transforming OREA's brand while elevating the REALTOR® profile.

Pawan Sharma, Accounting Administrator
Pawan joins the Ontario REALTORS Care® Foundation as an Accounting Administrator. Prior to ORCF, Pawan worked for the City of St. Catharines and Airbus Canada. He brings significant multi-disciplinary professional experience from India, Australia, Middle East, Alberta, and Ontario.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and a Project Management Certificate (PMP). Pawan has over 10 years of experience in all areas of accounting including accounts payable and accounts receivables, financial reporting, budget management, and more.

Lavina Mehta, Administrative Coordinator
With over 8 years of experience in for-profit environments, Lavina brings exceptional organizational prowess, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of standard practices to her role. Joining our team from Data Expert, New Delhi, India, where she served as an administrative assistant for five years, she is a seasoned professional with a proven track record.
Prior to her tenure at Data Expert, she held the position of Administrative Coordinator and Finance Assistant at the London School of English in Gujarat, India. Her expertise is complemented by a Professional Competence and Accounting Technician certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi.
