Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications
Full-Time, Permanent | Hybrid (2-3 days/week in office, Toronto)
About The Ontario REALTORS Care® Foundation (ORCF)
The Ontario REALTORS Care® Foundation enables and empowers REALTORS® across Ontario to fundraise in support of shelter-related causes in their communities.
About the Position
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications plays a key role in shaping the Foundation’s communication strategies. This role is responsible for ensuring that all marketing and communication initiatives align with ORCF’s mission while maintaining high standards of quality, branding, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications
- Develop and implement an annual marketing and communications strategy aligned with ORCF’s Fundraising and Strategic plans.
- Identify opportunities to increase awareness and engagement for ORCF’s programs, services, and initiatives.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials and campaign messaging for fundraising and sponsorship initiatives.
- Ensure all communication materials use inclusive language and represent diverse perspectives.
- Manage third-party vendor relationships for marketing and communications services.
Website, Digital & Social Media
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to enhance ORCF’s online presence.
- Oversee the day-to-day management and content updates of the ORCF website.
- Create engaging content across multiple formats, including print, online, video, and social media platforms.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure website content meets audience needs.
- Conduct regular website audits and analyze data to improve performance and strategy.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
- 4-5 years of experience in digital communications, social media, and digital marketing.
- Experience in the nonprofit sector is an asset.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, media relations, and content strategy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media management tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent writing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building internal and external relationships.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (occasional travel required).
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
